The hotel location is the real highlight, just a few minutes away from Deira City Center Mall and the metro station, making it super convenient. The room cleanliness was a letdown initially, but after a rusty bathtub issue, we got upgraded to a more suitable and clean room. The dining options were varied and satisfying, and the service was top-notch. However, the small room size might not be ideal for some travelers.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit disappointing with a disgusting smell, but thanks to Mr Waleed's quick response, I managed to get a room with a very attractive fragrance. The loud alarm noise near my room was a nuisance, and I had to keep the window open all night for fresh air.
The hotel rooms are amazing, but the location was a disaster initially due to a rusty and old bathtub issue. After requesting an upgrade, the situation improved. The hotel lacks some amenities that are only available at the building next door.
The hotel has a really nice balcony with a view, and you can make your tea or coffee in the room. The response from Mr Waleed to my problem was quick and helpful, but my room was given to someone else without informing me.
